Design
TAOL can assist with any areas of your design needed for successful construction, such as feature lighting plans, electrical plans, floor or wall finishes, furniture & joinery design, product specification & purchasing.

We offer a full project service for a fixed cost, providing coordination or management for the full cycle of your project as required. This is commonly the service requested for large new build or multi property developments as the total cost gets built into the overall project budget from the beginning.

However, we also offer a flexible service with a 3hr / 6hr rate available.
This has been very popular with clients renovating their own homes, developers and smaller contractors as it allows you to manage costs depending on how much coordination, design or management is required. It allows you to adapt to project requirements and busier/quieter stages on site so you only pay for the time you require.
